You can find the status of an active or completed Sutter court case using the below methods.
Self Service
Use our records portal for current cases and completed cases dating back to 2008. No registration required.
Use the portal to:
- View case information or scheduled hearings
- Purchase copies of documents
- Pay criminal and traffic fines and fees
If you don't find your case
If you can't find case records, it's usually for one of two reasons. Either the case isn't a Sutter Superior Court case, or it's a confidential case. You must come to the courthouse in person to search for a confidential case.
